Methods of Reporting VFA Data
Raw Data Files Upload
VFA data are calculated by using student-level data that are submitted to the VFA system. This VFA system will compute the Six Year Cohort & Two Year Cohort measures; colleges must submit CTE and ABE data using either of the other input methods.
About the Raw Data File UploadData Online Forms
Colleges can input, review, and/or update their VFA data using the Data Online Forms. To input data, the college calculates the metrics and input the counts through the online forms of the VFA website.
About the Data Online FormsBulk Upload
For the members who prefer to work locally, the colleges will calculate the metrics and input the counts in to formatted CSV files. The CSV files are then uploaded to the VFA website and viewed through the Data Online Forms.
