Description

The VFA is the first comprehensive national accountability system created FOR community colleges and BY community colleges. VFA provides accountability measures that encompass fully the diversity of students’ goals and educational experiences, as well as the full breadth of the community college mission.

The VFA data tool launches nationally this October. AACC staff will frame what the journey for the VFA has been; what objectives are being met with the VFA; and how colleges can sign-up and use the web-based data tool. Following, a panel of community college leaders will discuss their reasons for adoption of the system and highlight how their colleges are using the VFA. Attendees will hear the state-wide, college, and trustee experience of using VFA.
